STORAGE RATES
Unoccupied Summer Rate: Payment due each month, no carryover of rent to next season $89.00
Bullpen Storage Rate: Unit owner or tenant may store one item free while paying occupied rent $38.16

RENT PAYMENTS - All rent payments are due the day of your arrival and the same day each subsequent month, this includes unoccupied rent for tied-down units.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS - Make sure you include your LOT NUMBER on all correspondence!!

MAIL BOX KEY - To obtain a mailbox key you must make a $10.00 deposit at the front desk. Once the key is returned to our office at the end of your stay the key deposit will be returned. Please keep your pink receipt copy to insure your refund.
